I've been everyone in this state and for some reason 90% of the people I've heard talk, sound robotic, it's like they are being forced to talk or something. To have a conversation in this state is almost like communicating with a person through sign language.

Been here 13 years, and never noticed that particular trait. I have southern friends here that talk so fast, you can't get a word in edgewise.
