Today I decided to take a ride up to Rome, Georgia, it's located about 70 miles northwest of Atlanta. Rome is home to around 36,000 people and known for being the home of Shorter University, Berry College, Georgia Highlands College and Georgia Northwestern Technical College. The city is also the home of the North American HQ of Pirelli tires.

Rome's not a bad little town. Kind of forget about it being so far from an interstate

Thanks for the beautiful pictures. I'm a Berry alum and loved living there. My friends and I would eat at Schroeders all the time.

I recently traveled to Berry for an audition and thought the campus and Rome were beautiful! It was the best place I've traveled to in a while.

Rome is great. There are few jobs unless you are interested in medical or carpet/flooring, but Berry College is beautiful

Thanks for all of the replies! Rome truly is one of Georgia's gems. Next time I want to make it to the Berry College campus.
