I'm thinking of moving to the Ft Myers area and have noticed that both Legends Country Club and the Colonial Country Club seem to be nice. Any information would be very helpful.

Not sure if this posters question was answered through a DM but would love to hear feed back on this because I’m also interested in these two communities. TIA

Haven't been in either community but I will send you a DM of the broker we used when we purchased as our home as I think she might live near CCC. She's a straight shooter and very knowledgeable about the area.

Sent DM with info. She does a lot of corporate relocation stuff which is how we were paired up with her after the 1st agent the company had working with us was total garbage (think the ones on house finding shows that don't listen to anything you say and tries showing you things that miss all the marks on your criteria) and we asked for a different agent.

Luckily for us, the new agent they paired us with owned her own brokerage and was spot on with everything she showed us. We saw like 15 houses over 2 days while here on a house-hunting trip from out of state and ended up circling back on the 1st house she showed us and purchasing that. She was extremely knowledgeable about the real estate and various nuances of Cape Coral (even though she lives in and is based out of Fort Myers) which was very helpful as we'd never had a well & septic tank before and she handled everything for us and acted as our stand-in for things like the inspection since we were not able to be there. She's the kind who cares about happy clients and not just getting the sale.
