I guess it's just me, but I think the burgers at Le Tub are awful! Theyre the complete opposite of the juicy hamburgers at Five Guys. Le Tub's burgers are kind of thick, very dry and charred on the outside.

I just don't see what the big attraction is. You wait forever to get served, the servers are inattentive and sometimes rude, the food's mediocre and they only accept cash. But then I never understood all the fuss about Jaxson's, either.

Hmm, maybe it IS just me.

Shooters!!!! They have great food. Oakland Park Blvd and the Intracoastal, just over the bridge before you get to A1A. My dad was such a picky eater, but whenever he was in town, he wanted to go to Shooters because he loved their burgers, and loved how they were right on the water.

I also wonder how Smith and Wollenski's burgers are... Never tried their burgers. But they are on the water.

Aruba's on the beach is pretty nice. Good scenery.

Carolina Ale House in Weston is pretty nice. They are on a pond shore. Hey, a pond is water too, right?

So is Flanigan's in Weston.

Houston's in Aventura is on the water and is very nice all around, including burgers.

Look at this, there is Cheeburger Cheeburger on Fort Lauderdale beach

17 South Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL‎ - (954) 769-9953‎

Also check out the Atlantic Hotel right on Fort Lauderdale beach, it is a very nice place, I am pretty sure they have some good eats there.

I guess a pond could be considered water...rofl...

these are great recommendations...although Weston is a bit too far for a Hamburger unless im going to be visiting my friend Tankev

and yes we love driving on A1A down ft lauderdale beach...

And I have a houston's 2.5 miles from my house

I think Jacks on federal by la bamba has the best burgers in fort lauderdale. That's all they do and they grind the meat daily so it is fresh. It's an old fashioned hamburger joint and has always been packed for the last 30 something years. The whole family can eat for the price of 1 burger at some of these places. It's also in a great area that is safe just south of holy cross hospital. That's my 2 cents.
