I am looking for info regarding lodgings for spring break for 19 year olds.

I realize most airbnbs and Vrbos have age restrictions for good reason. But is there anywhere decent to stay for those under 21? I am looking for a group of 5 young ladies, all on ROTC scholarships, who are looking to escape the midwest and spend some time at the beach. I have come across some listings that imply there are local ordinances banning renting to people under 25, but cannot find any info to back that up in a quick google search. Worst case scenario, I will go with them, but my daughter would have a much better time if I stayed home. Any guidance would be most appreciated.

Marriott's Beach Place Towers. Right on the beach and in the heart of everything.
