Plans Submitted To Build Fort Lauderdale’s Tallest Tower Ever Next To Brightline

"The tower, currently known as 200 West Broward Blvd., is proposed to rise 48 floors. The top design element will reach a height of 580 feet above ground, or 587 feet above sea level.

200 West Broward Blvd. is proposed to include:

381 residential units
180,259 square feet amenity/storage/service
7,527 square feet commercial
434 parking spaces, in a 9.5-level podium

Brightline’s tracks are adjacent to the property, and the Fort Lauderdale station is around a 5 minute walk.

Aimco and Kushner Companies are the developers."

Pretty convenient location, not just Brightline, but the Broward County Transit Central Terminal is nearby, with multiple bus lines serving much of Broward County (and the 1 line going into Miami-Dade County serving Aventura Mall, also the 10 going into Palm Beach County (downtown Boca Raton). Also, the 22 line on Broward Blvd takes you to the Fort Lauderdale Tri-Rail station.
