Hi,
We are looking at newer planned communities (large 1K + homes) and near restaurants, shops, entertainment. We'd also like to be near the best medical hospitals and doctors offices that are affiliated with the hospital. Budget 700K and under.
Please tell me the hospital name/location and any communities you think meet our criteria.
All feedback is welcome.
thank you

Cleveland clinic is probably the best. https://www.google.com/amp/s/newsroo...-in-a-row/amp/

However I wouldn't consider Weston a "newer" development. So if that's a big concern I would maybe look at some of the surrounding towns for newer developments. It's a great town, just not many newer developments compared to parkland, plantation etc..

Also 700k in this area will be a little tight but doable.

Sawgrass Mills is just north of hospital, maybe 10-15 minutes away. All the shopping and restaurants you want.

Second Weston and Cleveland Clinic (I used to volunteer there).

However, good luck with newer developments in Broward. It’s practically all built out, with the exception of a repurposed golf course or two. One golf course is being built on in Weston, Botaniko, but the homes there are beyond your budget. Looks like prices start at $1.3 mill and max out at $7 mill.

Either Holy Cross or Cleveland Clinic would be my first choices. Broward Health is also a very good choice.
