Hi all,

My family is looking into purchasing a unit at the Ocean Club condo building located at 4020 Galt Ocean Dr. We would be moving from another building down the road a bit, so we already know we like the area. What I am curious about is the price of these units when compared to the rest of the buildings. It seems the price per square foot is significantly less than others nearby, but the building appears to offer all of the amenities we could ever want and more. It has been disclosed that there are low reserves, so likely an assessment will be made soon, could that be enough to drive the price down so much?

Thanks in advance for any info you are willing to share.

Gillian

Which buildings are you comparing Ocean Club against?
