The Gables and Grove areas of Miami-Dade are known for their lush foliage. Is there anywhere in Broward that has comparable tree density in a similarly suburban environment?

I know SW Ranches has many trees, but it is not as suburban. Davie has similarly dense suburbs with big lots, but the tree density is much less. Perhaps north Broward has some foliage-rich neighbourhoods?

Sorry Blueherons, it is not. Wayne lived next door to the west, but a tech Billionaire named Don Mckinney actually owns the house at 1600. You can verify at BCPA.NET also.

I like this question. Heavy tree cover is really, really nice in the summer heat down here. Oak River / Riverland just NW of I-595 & I-95 is pretty similar to the dense Coconut Grove tree canopy.

Coral Springs. Many, many parks, with lots of trees. Every house is required to have a shade tree in their front yard, creating beautiful tree-lined streets.
