Regarding information about Hollywood Lakes, Fl
neighborhood is out of date on city-data.
Would like to know the following about this area
at least from 2019 to 2020.
Is it safe to walk at night?
What is the crime rate?
What is the most common crime committed?
Are streets well lit up at night?
Are there safe Parks in the neighborhood?
Is it a Children friendly area?
Is this an area that floods easily?
Is it recommended to install an alarm system
in a rental home ?
What is the distance from the closest
high crime neighborhood ?
Are there many registered sex offenders?
Thankyou as any information will be appreciated.

Is it safe to walk at night? Yes, it is.
What is the crime rate? It's getting worse every day. The police don't patrol enough.
What is the most common crime committed? Car break-ins
Are streets well lit up at night? Some, not all.
Are there safe Parks in the neighborhood? Yes
Is it a Children friendly area? Generally, yes.
Is this an area that floods easily? Yes, especially certain streets.
Is it recommended to install an alarm system
in a rental home ? Not a bad idea.
What is the distance from the closest
high crime neighborhood ? Less than a mile.
Are there many registered sex offenders? They are mostly on Hollywood Beach, not in the Lakes neighborhood itself.

I live in Hollywood Lakes, Its close to everything, The Beach, Fort Lauderdale airport, Young circle ,Aventura mall and (2) big cities on each side. You can also buy a the same type of home for half the price of Ft Lauderdale Victoria Park or Miami Beach and still be in a desirable location.
Some home avoid Flooding by being built on landfill such as in West Lake Village and San Marino.
