I m new and don't know what the deal about these apts.
Why people speed through here like theres no kids living here?
And why people ask personal questions that do not concern them?
Why these haitians refuse to speak english? and be rude?

What apartments? Riverside is a decent neighborhood that borders the ghetto.

Speed through where? People speed everywhere.

What people? What personal questions?

Maybe those Haitians don't know or understand English. How do you know they are rude if they don't speak English?

1st they are rude because they are inconsiderate of other
People. They act like everyone is beneath them.
2nd the small driveway in which these kids try to play, but can't because people speed thru like it is a drag strip
Last. The apts that look like hotels.

there's nothing decent I see about this area.
