Hy, I saw a house for sale in this place that is called "Water's Edge", on 117th way Fort Lauderdale. Can someone tell me something about this place? It's far from the see?

Do you mean this?

https://www.google.com/maps/place/32...!4d-80.1058041

You could probably throw a baci ball from this place and hit the beach.

But this ^^^ is not on 177th Way... There is no 117th Way in Fort Lauderdale... There is such a street in Davie, way outside of Fort Lauderdale. And I don't see any Water Edges there.

Yeah, I've never heard of it either..

There is the place by the beach "321 Waters Edge" like Ruski said but its not 177th way.

There is a street in Davie as well and there is an apartment complex called Waters Edge but its in Surise (which is on the outskirts of Ft. Lauderdale) and not on 177th way...

The address is 651 SW 117th way and maybe is in Davie. I saw a house in some sites (craiglist,Trullia). The price of this house is low and I would to known something about this place. How is Davie? Why the price ia so low?

A very nice trailer park...Is it next to the luxurious Burger King, and decadent Dollar Store??? Somehow, those adjectives don't make a lot of sense when utilized in tandem.

OP, if the price is low, or comparitively cheap compared to nearby properties, there are probably several disadvantages attached to it. In this case, the property you are looking at is in a trailer park. Dunno if that bothers you or not...

I saw in this area several houses for sale at cheap prices, how is this area? Crime, services and ease to get on the coast.

All the world is so!! But this doesn't mean that there are places cheap and not bad. All the exclusive places are more expensive but there are places cheapest when life quality is good.
