We recently purchesed 3/2/ 17floor condo in Hallandale in buitifull building on Diplomat Gilf course near the beach and planning to retire there in about 7-8 years. Its very lovely area very near and the same time little bid away from all excitments so its possible to have quality life at the same time.Unfortunately expenses are to hi and we can not afford to have it sit ampty. It will be available jan-feb.07.This is hi end appt. and it deserves good quality tenants.I would not like to deal with real estate agents they are not always responsible (i had bad expirience in the past and paid my price)and would appreciate if someone could advise me about some companies relocating their executives or professor or doctor or maybe pilots ft.lauderdale airport just 10-15 min away.etc... All sugestions will be greatly appreciated ..

Put an ad is the South Florida Sun-Times. It's a local Southeast Broward/Northeast Dade newspaper that has lots of classifieds for condos for rent or sale. The paper is given away for free at condo lobbies and restaurants in the area. It's probably the best way to find condos for rent in Hallandale.
