We went in to one of the restaurants last night after the garage sale was over and they were having a Prime Rib special. We aren't big on Prime Rib, but it had been a while. Anyhow, the meals were HUGE and there was no way either one of us was going to eat the whole meal, so we had some to bring home. Usually we use the George Forman or the grill to reheat what is left, but since the 55 degrees we had today was probably the warmest it has been for a week, something else sounded much better. Slow simmered all afternoon. We are going to get at least 4 meals out of it.

I hate it when that happens. I enjoy having a meal out at a restaurant however most of the time the portions are too big for one person, and Mrs. Aks and I don't enjoy eating the same things. Also the left-overs never are as good as they were when originally eaten out.

Leftover prime rib? I'd eat it cold for breakfast!
