We’ve only been to Panera Bread a few times and dined inside the restaurant and found the menu complicated when ordering.

Whatever we ordered, it took longer to understand the menu, we remembered the next time we go back we’ll order the same thing and that’s what we did, however, this was years ago.

So recently we went through the Panera Bread drive through and again it wasn’t clear I asked questions and the speaker was muffled and couldn’t understand what the response was. So I said I wasn’t ordering anything and kept driving !

We went to The Habit, love their menu everything is so good and large portions.

If you dine at Panera Bread what do you order ?

We went to Panera for the first time in a few years. We had to stand and look at the menu board a bit before ordering. While we were waiting on our order, we noticed that older folks like us were ordering at the counter and all of the younger ones were ordering at the kiosk.

Never had an issue w/ Panera. But have been confused in the past with other places - although it's more often the local places where it's not clear how the place works. Especially places where you can get table service OR counter service.

With larger chains - I often find it easier using their app. And in many cases, you'll find deals that may not be advertised.

The Habit is awesome. I've never even heard of it until a friend took me there. I now wish every Five Guys location is The Habit instead.

I have ordered Salads, sandwiches soups. I don't think their menu is complicated at all. I have one down the road from my job.

I look at the menu online before I go to a new place. Headed to Panera for lunch & I already know what I will order once I get there.

I prefer to order from the App, even when we go inside. It's easier to "Build" the sandwiches the way you prefer. Options for type of bread and extras. When I go to the counter, I'll just get the sandwich the way it normally comes.

i have only been a couple of times but my wife and her friends meet an eat there often. She was just telling me yesterday that she got an email letting her know that they have made many drastic changes to their menus, and have eliminated several of her favorite items, mostly wraps and certain types of bagel.

I haven't been to Panera in several years. I didn't even know that some had a drive-thru. I've never seen them.
Do they still have "You pick two." I usually ordered that.

We've mostly gone to Panera for bagels, usually take out. I don't go often for lunch/dinner but when I do I usually got the Mediterranean bowl. However I went online to check and see it isn't there any more - the menu has changed a lot for non-breakfast items since I was last there - it looks like they've taken away a lot of options.

I used to go there for breakfast often because it was on my commute route or near the office at several jobs.

I've always liked the sausage, egg, and cheese on brioche. I'd order off the app, and get it with sweet peppadew peppers and spinach, sometimes a tomato, and switch the egg for just an egg white. If I was hungry, I'd add a bagel. It's much more filling than a fast food biscuit and less grease.

I like the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and some of their chicken sandwiches for lunch.
