Agreed, I am on board with their low fat chips' taste, and looking at the ingredients, I don't see any kind of Trojan Horse here, the ingredients look essentially the same.

They only say on their website that they perform more spins to draw out the oils before packaging. It will taste less oily.

Celery,carrots, and my fav, radishes provide a nice crunch. Sprinkle a little salt.

All I know is, every time they use subsitutes to make something "low fat" or "sugar free", we seem to end up with a more toxic substance that makes us sicker to consume than the prior ingredients.

That was my solution too. I would rather eat less of something that tastes good rather than substituting some bland "low fat" version. It's all about portion control.

As example is Philadelphia cream cheese. Sure the low-fat version has half the fat and about 40% fewer calories, but the texture is just weird, sort of gummy and the flavor is off. So I get the regular and eat less of it.
