Seems to be a nobrainer to me, we have all different fruit flavors to choose from but no cola flavor? i know la croix makes one, but it is impossible to get and you would think you could get the flavor from any of the big seltzer brands at your grocers market. is there a way i can make this at home using plain seltzer as a base?
And while you can mimic some other flavors, I think the cola essence would be hard to duplicate. Unless you would just mix a very small amount of cola (or cola zero) with your sparkling water.

“Cola flavor” is based on lime oil, so it is essentially fruit-based. Olive Nation sells a concentrated cola flavor extract. There are probably others available.

Every market has it. It's called Coke and Pepsi, which are seltzer water with cola flavorings.
