Oh man, I used to love those spring rolls, too. I'm really shocked that they discontinued them. I used to get them back when I wasn't counting carbs. They were pretty darned good.
I buy Chung's Vegetable Spring Rolls now for appetizers during a game. 2 spring rolls for 200 calories and roughly 24 net carbs. Occasionally, I splurge and have one of them and they are good!
Lean Cuisine isn't enough bang for the buck, IMHO. It's not enough food to satisfy me. Of course, I suppose that's the point of diet meals! But I think there are better ones out there.
I wait for the sales at Fry's, 5 for $10 or 4 for $10, and with a stand-up freezer, I will buy 20-30 of them.
Stouffer's (which makes Lean Cuisine) is quite a bit more filling and satisfying. I DO buy those if they're offering a decent sale. Also a fan of Hungry Man and Marie Callendar's, but they're pricey.

I used to like Lean Cuisine Chicken Enchilada Suiza but it has more carbs than I want now. I usually stick to Atkins frozen meals now.
I haven't eaten Lean Cuisine since my husband retired, over 5 years ago. But when I did have it for lunch, Chicken Enchilada Suiza was also my favorite.
I've switched around between the various frozen meals brands over the years. I've never really enjoyed cooking and cook for one, so they fill a need. I'm more likely to eat a healthier meal if I can prepare everything at the same time. Didn't particularly like Lean Cuisine. The servings started off small and seem to have gotten smaller with time. Too many frozen/micro meals are just too sweet for my taste. I prefer savory flavors. Healthy Choice and evolv are better IMHO, but Healthy Choice wastes too much single use plastic. A two part "steamer" just to heat up a simple meal? C'mon, how out of touch can you get? There have been a few offerings from both companies that cooked in paper fiber bowls I always tried to buy but the local grocery store doesn't seem to order those particular meals anymore.
Back to Lean Cuisine - it was "kind of" worth it for $2/2.50 - but on sale w/a store coupon for $3.80?? No way.
