While we do like the foods mentioned by the OP from Costco, the frozen Orange Chicken and Pot Stickers at Trader Joe's cannot be beat. From Costco there is also the Spinach and Cheese Raviolis.

I like Trader joe's Greek spinach pie (spanakopita) and their frozen Mexican corn is quite delicious. I LOVE their chicken lemongrass spring rolls and their soup dumplings. Their boxed red pepper tomato soup is great -- especially served with a homemade grilled cheese sandwich and fruit for dessert. And maybe some dark chocolate covered almonds. Yummy!

With RA, I would think you would have to watch your sodium intake. Most prepared foods have alo of sodium.

We are fond of the Trident salmon burgers we get at Costco. DH often grills them for our lunch. He ears his on a bun, but I eat mind on a plate. He always melts a slice of cheese on top as well. I like my cheese fish burger with hot sauce.

You can certainly cook these in a skillet or grill pan on stovetop.
