Oatmeal cooked in Almond Banana milk (I just discovered this recently, new product, I think) with craisins and peanut butter and cinnamon and cardamom mixed in. Vegan breakfast (I am not vegan, but I do include plant-based meals in my diet), filling and tasty. Made an extra serving to cart to work tomorrow for breakfast.
