Sure. Come on down! You may enjoy the 11 months of hot, humid, heat stroke inducing summers.

Forget Blizzards! Come to Florida and experience the excitement of boarding up your house 5 to 10 times each season. Don't worry though, you may not get hit with a hurricane. Just make sure you have property insurance and flood insurance. Be aware that the minimum cost is probably $3000 per year with a $20,000 deductible.

If you do get hit and you are without power for 2 weeks, at least the street barbecues will be fun because that's the only time you'll ever speak with your neighbors.

Now if you live in Sunrise and commute to work in Fort Lauderdale, it may only take 60 minutes (each way) to drive the 10 miles to work every day. To avoid additional delay steer clear of the tailgaters, red light runners, Indy 500 hopeful's and homeless people in the median at every intersection. The graveyard shift or working from the home may be the alternative.
