Share your experiences! Here in Gainesville it was already cloudy. The sky got real hazy around 3 pm and there definitely was more shade. It was also cooler.

One of my neighbors went to the Santa Fe College planetarium to view it with family. Another took a road trip to Missouri.

It’s been cool seeing everyone’s reactions on TV in the cities that are in the direct path.

I got a new Bosch dishwasher during the eclipse in Tampa.

The installer brought eclipse glasses.

I noticed all the birds disappeared form the feeders around 3 p.m.

Hahahaha, these two sentences cracked me up. Feels like from a Seinfeld episode or straight out from Curb Your Enthusiasm.

My Florida realtor can’t view the houses for me today because he’s traveling out of state having an eclipse viewing party.

When we were on the phone an hour ago the phone background music was Bonnie Tyler “Total eclipse of the heart”.

I forgot about it. Went grocery shopping so was out about the time the partial eclipse was set to be viewed in this neck of the woods, and didn't see any difference. I'll look at the total eclipse online later.

Never much here like our boring weather. Used my solar wedge to see the sun today...
