I have seen similar situations here as well where a house is listed, price never changes and it sits there. I have reduced my price and will continue if necessary but there is a slow down here in activity when I review what's selling, pending and sold. Thanks everyone for your responses.

I am guessing but since this is a gated 55 community, those people who would buy (downsizers) might be having difficulty selling their homes due to high interest rates.

Gonna keep getting worse as prices of flood Ins and HOI keep going up. Some condo owners are gonna get it bad when the fee they pay is 500 smackers and going to 3000 a month since some Ins comp is gonna go up on the rate like 1000% gents.
