I can't see a thing up-close so I wear reading glasses. But I can see fine outside when driving. Just want to know what to expect. Figure that nobody is going to wear readers when they are driving, so it must not be a problem but thought I'd ask.

You've never taken DMV vision tests before? How have you gotten a license? The testing and minimal passing standard for different states varies. Some don't just test visual acuity at moderate to longer distances but peripheral vision and depth of field too. When if have you ever had your vision checked? Here's the passing standard for FL:
