I'm hoping some locals can give me a little informations regarding these two counties. Looking on line and researching is ok .....but nothing like hearing from the horse's mouth ....
I would like to be within 20 miles of a larger city ... like a Tampa or Jacksonville. Currently interested in St. Agustine area. But torn also the smallness of Crystal River, Floral City and Inverness regions.
I like being somewhat close to beaches, like being within a fairly short commute of the "city", low crime is nice and friendly people.
I'm not moving for probably a year now....so getting busy (again) doing my homework.
