L'Auberge because it's wonderful down by the creek and the food is great, and also because I've never heard of the other two (and I live here).

looks like Che Ah Chi is the restaurant at Enchantment.

Knowing all of the above, I'd still choose L'Auberge although Enchantment is good too.

I worked at L'Auberge and I would definitely recommend them.

Beautiful creekside and nice lighting.

I thought there were some restrictions on the restaurants at Enchantment? Like you need to be staying there to visit them or something? Except for the Sunday brunch? I can't remember exactly.
