There is no way on the planet I would ever do a facial massage at any age. Think about it. Your facial skin is attached to fascia and ligaments. A face sags as it ages because the bones shrink, the fat pads separate and fall and the skin attachments and ligaments weaken. A massage would loosen the skin, compromise the attachments of the skin to the ligaments.
Body on the other hand is a whole different matter. Muscles, tendons and fascia are strong from functional use and benefit greatly from massage.
The face needs to be built up from good health and healthy teeth, chewing to keep bones strong, avoiding weight gain to pull down the tissues, skin care and avoiding sun exposure.
