Looks like a stain on a fabric. I am pretty sure that a brand logo would be better recognizable.

There is a off brand golf clothing company called Grand Slam. The logo looks similar - basically looks like a golf ball on a tee.

Checked the internet for Grand Slam shirts, and couldn't find any with the logo on a sleeve.
