That's usually filler that causes the balloon cheeks.
But many times it's "moon face" that's caused by pharmaceutical steroids. Remember after Naomi Judd died, people started criticizing Ashley saying she had too many fillers injected? They didn't realize that she's been dealing with a lot of health issues following her injuries in the Congo a few years ago, and had been on prednisone. Perhaps we shouldn't be so quick to assume.

you have no idea what you are talking about. Botox doesn't make balloons or dents or clumps, it smoothens wrinkles. Not more and not less.
