Pantyhose/tights vs. bare legs (colored, guys, girls, sexier)

Well, I definitely think my legs look better with hose but I got so tired of "runners" from the first wearings that I'm glad I don't feel pressured to wear 'em when I don't want to.
And I am one of the rare, few, DAMN rare few women that hates white hose! Always thought they were the most sick-looking things imaginable. I sunbathe to avoid that look!!!!
It depends where you are. In a snug skirt I find it sexier to wear thigh highs or tights. Other times bare is better... Hmm, anyhoo, I voted for tights.

Well, I live in a very hot desert environment, so most ladies here go bare legs.
But I do wear pantyhose when it does get cold and I feel like wearing my knee high boots with my long skirts or my one really great dress, that looks great with knee high boots and pantyhose together.

Yeah, I hate colored hoses. I prefer the nude-neutral colored ones instead. Those are sexier.

I prefer seeing the finished, polished look of pantyhose/tights. In the business world to me it just looks more professional especially for women wearing a dress or skirt. Slacks or a pant-suit, pantyhose wouldn't be all that necessary as long as they have a nice peticure or closed toe shoes on.
Now a lady that can tan well, she could get away with bare legs. The white pasty legs, to me doesn't look good.
I also respect the time of the season, opaque tights in the summer not that good of an idea, to thick and hot.
Never pantyhose ever, but tights in the fall and winter.
