How long have you been working out??

27.5 kilograms = 60 lbs
20 kilograms = 40 lbs

The above weight are not beginner level weights.

It's hard to know just from what you provided. What is your age, weight, perhaps a rough assessment of your health overall, etc...

If you can plank for 8 minutes and lift that much weight, I'd say you're fairly strong. Whether or not you're a beginner, only you know for sure.

Maybe so for English spelling.

Very long time but I didn't have an improvement for quite sometime. I've been remaining the same for quite sometime.I don't wanna gain weight. I do so much cardio not to gain weight And I've been working with dumbells that change weight at home. I do not go to gym. My weight is 70 kilograms. My height is 172 cm.

In terms of weight lifted you're at the low end of intermediate level.

Is planking the new criteria? Something magic about the 8 minute mark?

How many reps and sets are you doing and how many times a week are you doing it ?
If you're doing 15 to 20 reps and 3 to 4 sets 3 times a week, you're pretty advanced in the recovery stage.
