I'm counting factors like number of highly skilled immigrants, general acceptance of Americans, ease of immigration, Available jobs, English proficiency or at least which language is easiest for English speakers to learn, and overall cost of living.
The answer to this question is different for everyone. The ease of moving to a foreign country does not depend on your nationality. It depends on what you as an individual have to offer. To move to any of these countries you will need a work permit sponsored by a company who is willing to hire you. No company will have any interest in doing this unless you have skills, qualifications, experience that they need but can't find locally. They will usually also expect you to be fluent in their language.

Being an ex-pat and an immigrant are two different things.
If Turnerbro wants to move to Europe he either marries a citizen and applies for a spouse visa or he gets a job offer and applies for a work visa. He can label himself an expat. He can label himself an immigrant. He can label himself anything he wants. It makes no difference to the process.
