I like true crime podcasts - Redhanded, My Favorite Murder, Dark Poutine, Twisted Philly - but am looking to branch out.

I've also been listening to Why Is This Happening with Chris Hayes and have found it interesting.

My interests are books, dog training, writing, politics, cooking and gardening. I REALLY like dark humor.

Are there any others you guys can recommend?

I like true crime as well. Up and Vanished is a good one and Unsolved Murders.

I also enjoy Stuff You Should Know, it's a nice variety of...well, stuff

It's been a while since I listened to any, but I like the ones with Adam Carolla and Dr. Drew - I believe they have 3-4 between them, including classic "Loveline" episodes through the app I have. Always fun to hear those!

Have you listened to S-Town? It's by the makers of Serial. If you like books, writing and dark humor, I think you'd really like this one. It's a true tale of an eccentric guy in rural Alabama. It reminds me of something that Flannery O'Connor might have written about.
