Cheap smart phones? Where?

I don't care how people spend their money and I like TVs, lol. Just curious about how the money is gotten if people aren't working, etc.

That's interesting. I don't know about the banking connection. We have plenty of banks with LOOONG lines of people doing something there. I get the sense there's not a lot of online banking going on since there are always long lines at the banks - something we never see in the U.S.
