Of course....why didn't he have a life jacket on? My guys are always equipped with jackets when we are out in open water.

If any dog could survive this, it's a cattle dog. They are amazingly rugged little devils. (I adopted one, Ezra, at age 14, and he had a good two years, two months. He herded the others, galloped in the yard, and was a joy every day).

I agree! My Golden would starve to death...Or expect a frozen drink with little umbrella to be served to him everyday!
