Yes, it does seem like some Cairn terrier in there. After my current beloved dog passes (the other one passed 5 months ago) I'm looking into getting a smaller dog, like Charlie and Penny.
Another thing, that video is a good representation of what it's like in Spain. What a GORGEOUS country. I had no idea. The drone footage in this video is really beautiful. They live in Andulcia, in a village on a hill much like the ones you see in this video
