We found our two most recent rescues on Petfinder. All of our local shelters and rescues post the dogs they have on there. I'd imagine there are also local FB groups as well in many areas.

People telling How they found their pets IS helping duh. Take the advice & turn it around. Advertise where people are Looking. IF a Purebred dog comes in Advertise in the breed site if its a mix say of poodle & whatever advertise it in 3 sites 1 poodle 2 the other breeds 3 poodle mixes take pictures
