I just saw 3 dogs run past my home, have filled out the e-cupon with everything I know, but do not have a picture of these dogs which were RUNNING past . . . and Pawboost NEVER allows my posts of Found Dogs without a picture! PLEASE, if you know how to get it to post WITHOUT a picture, help me out by telling me! TY!
I don’t think you can’t post on that site unless you have found the dog and have it in your possession. Are you on Nextdoor, neighbors, or Facebook? Local groups on Facebook are probably your best place to post.
Well technically you can put a picture up of Morris the cat or snoopy. All they do is see that you uploaded a jpeg or bmp file. I wouldn't recommend that as it's untruthful. It is though technically possible without much ramifications.
As the other person stated, without the dogs being in your possession it's irrelevant that you post there. Maybe call animal control since they are roaming.
