In place of my nightstand, I built a raised bed for my pup with two steps up......now he sleeps right next to me, but in his own space......just reach over to give him a pat on the head.

How cute! I love that it is a big, fluffy bed. That looks incredibly easy to make, mainly just paint and some wood trim pieces. One of my Pinterest boards is dog beds and there is one on there that reminds me of beer belly's creation.

Added a few of my pinterest pages. The last link has two of my foster dogs on there. I am adopting one of them shortly.
