The best IMHO is a Miniature Schnauzer. Love that dog and would be the only type of dog if I ever had one again. Was between a MS and a poodle when I was a kid because my Mom was allergic to anything that sheds. My dogs been gone 35 years and I still miss her. I now have a MS fur nephew named Adam and he seems like a reincarnation of my dog Marlo!
