Newcomers to the Dayton area. A Carnegie Research Institute report has validated human experiments being conducted across the state of Ohio by the Air Force Research Lab and its prime contractor Infoscitex of Beavercreek are undermining progress in this state. This company touts its media division, unusual by most intelligence contractor standards, which spins its involvement in public for the AFRL and its experiments with Veterans at VA hospitals. The human experiments are without consent of the human subjects so the AFRL can transition its applied neuroscience, provocation-aggression tests, memory impairment, behavioral protocols and gender transitions through digital twin technology. This technology was borrowed from Nasa, where the mathematical and neurological properties are run from a duplicate at AFRL RH Division for collaborative teaming under the current ADMIRE contract. This notice is being posted as a public service anouncement to law enforcement, new residents, parents and educators who may observe anomalous activity, gun violence, vandalism etc. As a result of this absurd expenditure by the Air Force Research Lab and the enrichment of this contractor, statewide statistics of homocide, gender or teen suicide and drug addictions, workforce displacements are escalating. Watch Infoscitex spin this exposure of their efforts to undermine the efforts of the Governor of Ohio whose positive attributes are being displaced by criminal activity as a result of repetitive behavioral protocols. Due your due diligence and do not support the work of this research lab or its contractors for the negative attributes it brings to Ohio.

Go away Infoscitex 4027 Colonel Glenn Hwy. Beavercreek Township, OH. Trafficking human subjects is illegal for Airmen Decision Making Interface Research ADMIRE at the AFRL/RH Decision Making Division. Your association with the AFRL is disgusting, so are your personnel Michael Gilkey, Tom Hughes, Kyle Behymer, Heath Ruff. Lyndsay McIntyre, Tim Wood.

The first Amendment's Press Clause ensures that everyone is protected in their right to disseminate information to the public.
