I've been doing a few exercises again taught to me by physical therapists for my legs and hip areas. I've also been lifting 2# free weights to combat the lack of muscles on my arms. Now I'm doing about 15 repetitions on 3 different arm exercises. So far it feels really good mentally to be doing some kind of work out again. Doing the best I can.
I also have some ankle weights for leg exercise but have not put them on yet again. I will though!
