Never had a heart attack but back in my mid 60s, I did suffer from "sic sinus" syndrome which resulted in a pace maker being inserted. After 8 years I it required replacement. (a few weeks ago) Already back at the gym, lifting and preparing for some extreme hiking in Utah the end of April. I have no physical activity restrictions with the pace maker.
