Good morning! the girls have left so I am home cleaning my house and getting the laundry done. I have already taken a mile walk with Ms. Gracie and done my DA DVD. So exercise for the day taken care of.

Connie good luck today. Karla safe travels. Pattie sounds like the remodel is going well. Extra money back speaks for itself.

We have had a good time with the girls. We went hot tubing it, ate lots, sight seeing to the Loveless Café, Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills, The Hermitage, and just hung out. I enjoyed my time and kept up with them for the most part.

I hate for t to travel that far in one day, but heck she is young, hopefully the traffic will be light. Warm weather for the most part.

See you all later.

Looks like you had some fun, Sandy! I bet there are tons of things to do there, so you can show them lots of fun every time they visit.

It was a long day, that's for sure. Actually, started last night at 11 when I had to drink half of the barium sulfate suspension [about a cup], then I had to take a prednisone at 3 a.m.I got up at 6:30 to get ready, and had to drink the other cup of that stuff at 7:30. Yuck. Did a ton of walking (got a little lost).

I had to get the shot for the bone density test and wait 3 hours, so even after the cat scans, I had a long wait. Had my first cup of coffee at the cancer center there--WHEW! Nasty, but not from being strong, I guess, since I sat down and fell asleep for a while. Got home finally at about 1:45. Long day.

Better get moving before I fall asleep again.

Thanks for starting the thread, Sandy.

Yes, I told Maddie next time a plantation visit in Franklin (that town in itself is a day trip). We had a lot of fun.

When does your doctor have/know your results from today?

I have an appt with the oncologist on Thursday.

What is hot tubing? Or do you mean a hot tub? I have heard of going tubing, but not hot tubing.

That's cute - hot tubing.

Well, yesterday I had to take the car in for a recall. The dealership has a shuttle and they dropped me off at the courthouse so I could hand in my passport application. Then, I walked about a mile to get to the credit union and over to Starbucks for a little treat. After I got the car back, I went all over the place looking for a new desk and chairs for the front porch. By the time I got home, I was beat! So, while I've not been doing "normal" exercise, I've been playing gofer and cleaner for the renovation guy; bringing stuff out for garbage pickup, dragging things from here to there, etc. I just pray this is all done before I'm 80.

Have a great day, all.
