Happy Friday !!!

Busy day ahead the shirts will be done today by noon and I found out they won't come folded so yesterday I finally found one of those tshirt folders and because we are amazon prime it only cost me $3.99 to have it here today. lol there isno way I am folding 100 tshirts by hand

Foot Dr said my foot was doing better but 1.I need arch supports in my shoes to keep my from turning my foot and 2. if I am walking or standing for long periods of time I am not to be doing it in flip flops

lol I have a feeling his concept of long time and mine might differ you all know how much I love my flip flops
I can slowly get back on the tread mill and walking DVD


I will be running around enough today getting ready to count as exercise
I want everything done tonight because I do not want to rush on Sunday morning

I am going to look up t-shirt folders on Amazon, for one thing.

Plan on doing the Denise walking/weights workout later.

Did the Denise Austin one, again.

Going in Monday for CAT scans and bone density test. I have to drink 2 cups of this white [barium?] crap. One cup the night before, and the next one starting at 7:30 a.m. I can't tell you how excited I am about all of this.

it is all folded and spacebagged into 2 suitcases to be checked
the one suitcase is at 48#

Hi, all. Karla, you probably won't see this, since I don't do facebook, but I hope you have a safe and fun trip.

Connie, good thoughts, lady. I think I need to find one of those folder thingies, too. I think I saw them at Hobby Lobby.

Have been helping out with the renovations. So far, it's mostly demolition, but we do have our beautiful front door all done and the sliding glass doors have come out. We like how it opens up the living room and exposes the lanai so much we brought back the ones we bought to replace the old ones! That's a good chunk of change back into our pockets.

Monday, I get to take the Prius in to get the recall taken care of. I've decided I'll take advantage of their shuttle service and ask for a ride to the county courthouse where I'll submit my passport application, then call and have them pick me up. That should take a good share of my 2 hour wait at the dealership. Then, I'll hit wally world on the way back.
