I think we may be really busy in TX today there are quite a few New Orleans folks in Houston

Rainy misty day today so it will be inside stuff
I think I will do the walking DVD today
Busy around here, me I am still working on the unpacking only two more bins left and I have them hidden in my room. Got 3 bins of stuff I still don't want nor use for my friends garage sale (if it ever warms up).
I did my 4 minute exercise tonight, thought it might help break up the routine. It consists of my cut out version of 25 high knees, 10 girl pushups, hamstring bridge lifting my hips with my heels on a chair, squats, a rocking type exercise, and a belly exercise called superman. The exercise really calls for you to pick two or three and work them for 4 minutes but I added all of these for my first day so I would not get bored. It did take me about 10 minutes to do all of them but I was reading instructions on how to do a few of them. I think my middle got hit the best, it will be hurting tomorrow.
We had an ice storm Saturday night. When I got to work Monday morning I was one of three people who made it in, but they plan for this and all of us have laptops to work at home, and some of the older employees have a phone system in their laptop so they were able to help with calls. It was kinda nice only having a few of us.
Well meatloaf in the oven and those bins are not going to unpack themselves, so off I go.
BTW hello Robert Lee! I'm Cassy/aka Sandy and live in TN, we have had a long and cold winter.
I worked out a little bit tonight. In a few days, maybe I'll try to do one of the ones from online that I was doing before.
