What is she getting away with? She was arrested, charged with assault & battery and faces fines/jail. The clerk could also file a civil suit against her. The real question IMHO is whether punishment or damages will be enough to teach mombaby (not babymom) to control herself and behave like an adult.

If you were actually any good, you'd be blocking that punch long before it hits its target, AND you would be using a block that would immobilize your opponent so they wouldn't be able to use that arm for a while.
How weird! Did she actually think she'd get away with it? The prospect of jail time never crossed her mind?
If she would even think of those type of consequences, doubt she would be out punching folks in public. Wonder what her childhood was like - So much anger.
What is a Bridge card? She did not have enough money on the card to pay for everything - so took it out on the clerk.
