I’m not sure if anyone’s been following, but it’s now been a week that this woman has gone missing. Surprised this hasn’t made national headlines yet. Sounds like she was going through a bitter divorce and custody battle with her estranged husband, who now lives in Farmington. For some reason, the investigation took the police to Hartford.

Very disturbing.

When I first heard it, I thought she took off herself. Then I saw the court papers and no longer think that.

Anyone follow the thread here on the Colorado woman who was killed by her husband in December?

Another Mother Missing......!!!!!

It seems this was most likely a domestic related thing, still very sad to hear about it.

This type of crime is extremely rare in New Canaan, which is one of the safest towns in the entire U.S.

This has been all over dailymail - it’s gone national/international. Unfortunately I think we all know how this movie ends.

Huh? It's actually made international headlines. I've been following the story on Daily Mail which tends to give more details that the other news outlets won't:

If she didn’t live in New Canaan this story wouldn’t make the back pages.
