Compton's Kitchen in West Columbia has it as one of their Friday lunch selections. I've never had it though so I can't attest to it's quality.

On Laurel St between Main St and Sumter St, near the bus depot there is small coffee shop that has a large selection of frozen entrees for sale. I stop in and buy 2-3 at a time. One of their selections is Shepard's Pie. Most of their selections have two sizes and even the small is a good size. Everything I have bought there is delicious.
