50 was closed for construction. They reopened it, but it still a rough road to pass.

Ahh, so. Thank you for clearing up that little mystery for me. I've been hiding out in the Four Corners this summer, and going by all the reports on the state of Colorado's major highways, I think I'll continue to stay put a little longer.

Looks like I-70 in Glenwood Canyon will be partially reopened by Saturday, meaning, there will be a small portion where traffic will move in one lane in each direction, using the lanes that are normally the westbound lanes, as damage to the eastbound lanes is repaired:
